Dust elimination machines
Victoria takes in great consideration the environmental aspect: offering air
-filtering and residue-regenerating products, reducing to minimum the
environmental impact of solvents and other substances used in the painting
process.
Dry and water-made dust elimination:
in dry elimination
air and particles are divided by means of a specific treatment of sucked in
flows and by separating polluting parts from air. As for Water-made
elimination, it’s used wherever there is a higher concentration of particles;
the scrubber “washes and captures” the particles by the inlet of water and
coagulant chemical agents.
Active coal solvent elimination
machine machines:
it absorbs volatile organic solvents (VOS) mixed with the
air sucked in by the painting systems, by means of filtering refills with the
absorbing coal inside.
Combustion-made solvent elimination machine:
where the
volatile organic solvents (VOS) mixed with the air sucked in by the painting
systems are burned through a combustion chamber. |
