Painting, drying and storage system.

Thanks to its particular shape, the system solves any kind of space-related problem. The painted pieces are dried in a chamber so that the area below can be used as storage for paint, rough and finished products, etc.

Trolleys transporting the objects in and out of the spraying area on vertical racks are linked to a chain and in step-mode.

The functioning of the chain can run in continuous or step by step mode, and manual, automatic or semi-automatic.
The system is made up of a series of work stacionings (lowerings): loading/unloading of the pieces to be painted, coating.

Painting can be manual, automatic or semi-automatic with the use of robots which replace the operator.
The following phase consists in the desiccation of the painted pieces by means of hot air, provided by an air-heater external to the elevated storage chamber, which is endowed with filters for the extraction of fumes.

During the desiccation, sliding external walls allow to control the materials and translation process through glass or plexiglass panels.
