Manual, automatic and semi-automatic carousel

The system, thanks to its peculiar shape, is able to solve any problem concerning the serviceable space. It is built using an air warehouse for the flash off period of painted pieces, so that they can use the area beneath as a paintpots and products storage area etc.

The system is composed by a series of working positions (stages): turnround of pieces to be painted, application of the paint.

The painting can be manual, automatic or semi-automatic by means of a robot replacing the workmen.

The following process is the drying of the painted pieces by the hot air coming from a fan heater gearcase out of the air warehouse, that has got extractor fans for the fume extractions.

The sliding perimeter walls of the drying stage allow to check the materials and the transfer process from the outside through windows or plexiglas panels.

Notes
The law provides for blast chiller systems to be adopted if a specific threshold of paint use (to be assessed after special calculations) is passed in a calendar year.

The sizes can vary according to the costumer requirements.

The whole supporting structure is a100x100x3 mm tubular shape made in painted iron.

The system is guaranteed for 12 months since the test with immediate replacement of each damaged part.
