Ultraviolet flash off furnace

The tunnel for the flash off period of the painted pieces consists of:

• transport and covering: the transport is made by a rolling chain sliding on lateral tracks; the structure is made of tubular shape and monopannel that assures the thermal insulation and serves as padding.
• fume extractors: metal-sheet made, they have got a particular shape enabling them to extract the solvent fumes from the chamber, either by independent extractor fans or by connecting them to extracting ducts.
• ultraviolet lamps: there are several types of lamps depending on the desired penetration depth of the ray. They permit us to obtain a best manufacture quality and shorter drying times of the paint compared to the hot air traditional system and to reduce the use of power compared to the thermal drying and therefore lower costs of the system performance.

Even this type of furnace permits the combination with the air blast system that helps the exhalation thanks to the airflow inside the tunnel.

Notes:
It is used for the flash off period of bottoms and finishes.

Adopted in the absence of a boiling providing hot water.

It permits the solvent exhalation obtaining a very good flash off period with the opportunity of placing the painted details in piles too.

The system is guaranteed for 12 months starting from the test with immediate replacement of each damaged part.
