Floating machines

Floating spray machine equipable with 4-8 or up to 12 spray-guns.

Floating automatic jet with total regenaration of paint in excess.

The application of painting products is made by means of a strong central trolley running on two linear guides with wheeled sliding –shoes.

The machine is equipped with a double reading barrier which allows to find the actual position of the panel.

The floating machine can be supplied with up to 12 spray-guns, connected to one or more product circuits according to the client’s request.

Regeneration of paint in excess is automatic and total, thanks to an innovative system built in the lower part of the machine.

Two types of dust elimination systems are provided for this machine: water-made or dry.
The first consists in a series of water veils, the second in cardboard filters, both situated to the sides of the spraying area where over-spray filters the air.

Notes:
Law provides that it is compulsory to adopt dust elimination systems when trespassing a certain threshold of usage of solvents for the dilution of paint during one calendar year, to be estimated through relevant calculations.
