Rotosprayers

It’s a spraying-machine equipped with 4-8-10-12 or up to 24 spray-guns for the painting of frames, shutters and furniture completions, skins and hides.

The application of paint is set up by spray-guns fixed on a rotating roundabout, supplied by a particular system made by a painting-joint for one or more production circuits, so that the paint is kept in cycle avoiding dregs in the tubes and in the gun. It is also thought for quick changes of water based paints or solvents, without having to clean the circuit for the product change.

The intake and the elimination of particles, painting residues, is dry or water-made. The first mode uses ad hoc filtering membranes set to the sides of the spraying plane; the second one uses water as a vehicle, which is then separated from the paint by a depurator near the machine.

The machine can be equipped with a self cleaning rug to allow the retrieval of paint in excess deposited on the tape by an opportune system below the exit of the transport; or with a carton roll that absorbs the paint in excess.

Notes:
Law provides that it is compulsory to adopt dust elimination systems when trespassing a certain threshold of usage of solvents for the dilution of paint during one calendar year, to be estimated through relevant calculations.

Overall dimensions can change drastically according to the total amount of air to treat; anyhow the system usually has great dimensions due to the need to thermically insulate it from the outside.
